The title says it all. I have had this problem for some weeks now. It is really pissing me off. The mouse sensitivity likes to get hyper sensitive when in game menus, like the menus in skyrim and payday 2 and warframe. PLEASE HELP, just ask if you need more information. I really want to get this sorted out.

What mouse do you have and have you downloaded any drivers or software for the mouse? Is it hyper sensitive in game or just the menus?

Have you tried uninstalling razer synapse and then testing it out? Synapse is known to be buggy and glitchy, so that's a good first step.
