So I have a strange question, and sadly there is no short way to ask it. So here it goes.

I play Dawngate, and while doing so I also talk to my friends on Teamspeak, our conversations are normally unrelated to the game. I want to record my Dawngate gameplay using OBS (Open Broadcasting Software) but the software picks up both my game volume and teamspeak volume because they are both coming out of the same playback device. Now I could just move my Dawngate audio to a different playback device and have OBS record the audio off of that, but then I won't hear the game from my headphones. So to get to my question. Is there a way I can make a program (Dawngate) output audio from two different playback devices? One so I can hear it, and another for OBS to record it.

(tl;dr version: I need a program to output audio to two different playback devices.)

I've done some research prior to making a post here and didn't really find much helpful information. I heard that windows does not allow a program to project audio through two playback devices, If this is true can someone please suggest a program that would allow me to do it.

Thanks for any help. If you need more information please ask and I will do my best to provide an answer.
