Computer Specs:
Case: Rosewill Legacy U3 window edition
Mobo: MSI A88XM-e45
CPU: AMD x4 760k
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 660 3GB OC edition.
RAM: G-Skill Ripjaws X series 2x4GB 1600mhz
Storage: Seagate 1TB 7200rpm 64MB cache

I have just purchased the Cooler Master Seidon 120V closed loop liquid cooling system. The case I am using only has one spot for a 120mm fan, which is the only fan in the case. I have been watching videos about liquid cooling and I have heard many people say that I should have the fan sucking cold air in from the outside into the radiator. This is a gaming build. I plan to Over-clock my GPU and possibly my CPU. I also am planning to swap out the stock fan on the radiator with a 120mm Delta series fan.

My question is what would be the best way to have the fan mounted in my case being that my case only has one place for a fan.

mount the fan and have the fans intaking air , but if you only have one space for a fan, i'd suggest you actually get a case fan, as without any fans the system will hot up really quickly, and get a low profile air cpu cooler instead

I already tried using an air cpu cooler and didn't really like it performance wise. Also I have already purchased the liquid cooling set up. Would putting the delta case fan on the radiator and having it suck air into the case be a good choice? There are vents on the bottom that allow for the Windforce graphics card to suck in air.

Well it has vents on the sides of the case which the air could be pushed out of. The other option is having the exhaust fan as the radiator fan as well.

You see, if you don't have a exhaust fan, it is going to get very hot as the air isn't being forced out teh case, it's just whether you go out or not, and there is no air intake either, as the only fan slot is taken up by your cooler, your cpu will be cool, but all your other components won't, but I think that if you have it as a intake fan, the air that is being forced though should be able to push the hot air out the case and repeat etc. So, it should be okay, just keep it well ventilated and cool and don't oc whatever gpu you have
