Hey, I just found a deal in the middle of nowhere and was wondering what build would be better?

Most of the parts are from Germany, some from Israel, and I chose NH D14 because its a lot cheaper compared to the NH D15.

The deal includes:

1: Enermax 850w (Not sure which?)

2: i7 3770k

3: RAM 8GB (Again not sure which?)

Build 1:
900$

CPU: i5 4690k

GPU: r9 280x XFX DD

MOBO: Asrock Z97 Extreme4

PSU: Corsair CX600

RAM: Patriot Viper 3, 8GB 1600MHZ CL9

HDD: 1TB WD Black

Case: NZXT phantom 530

Cooler: Noctua NH D14

Build 2:
800 $

CPU: i7 3770k

GPU: r9 280x XFX DD

MOBO: Gigabyte Z77x ud5h

PSU: EnerMax 850w

RAM: 8GB

HDD: 1TB WD Black

Case: NZXT
Cooler: Noctua NH D14

Edit: I've fixed most of my dreadful grammar, I ended not going for the deal. Here is my finalized build, (Already built.)

Finished build:

CPU: i5 4690k

GPU: r9 280x XFX DD

MOBO: Asus Z97 pro

RAM: Trident X 2400MHZ CL10

PSU: XFX pro 750w

HDD: Seagate 2TB (Forgot which model.)

Case: NZXT Phantom 530

Cooler: Coolermaster Hyper 212

Thank you for your help, and have a wonderful day. :)

The 3770k is more powerful, but the Z97 board has room to grow because it will support next gen chips. An i5 is good enough for a 280x as well. I'd just get the cheaper option TBH. Both will be the same for most titles. Only titles that have 4+ multi-thread support will see some improvement in FPS for the 3770k.

Cheaper > Upgrade-ability > Power

How? they are within 1-3 FPS off each other within the margin of error.... some higher for the 3770k and some higher for the 4690k. it isnt a straight up 10 FPS win in everything kind of deal.
