Without the timings it's difficult to say. You can have a 2400MHz ramblock with ass-bad timings, and the 2133MHz will walk right over them.

As an example 2400MHz with 11-10-11-31 timings beats 2400MHz with 13-13-13-48 timings.

The higher the MHz and with lower timings = good as a general rule.

Any difference you see in performance will be only in specific benchmarks. Real world performance won't be significantly impacted.
