If you are playing 1080p games at 120hz it will work quite well, although if you are planning on mainly gaming an i7 is really unnecessary, just get a good i5 like this http://www.amazon.com/Intel-Core-i5-4690K-Processor-BX80646I54690K/dp/B00KPRWB9G/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1407627114&sr=8-1&keywords=intel+i5 and your motherboard is overkill, just get a good z97 like this http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-Dual-Channel-141-HR-E977-KR-Motherboards-142-HR-E977-KR/dp/B00K2KMOZ2/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1407627072&sr=8-5&keywords=z97+motherboard also, because of your colossal gpu and that water cooling unit, I would recommend a full tower just to be safe and to provide a good amount of room for your hardware to stay cool. cpu and cpu cooler not necessary
get a i5 4690k, i7 only for rendering or streaming
h80i not as good as noctua dh 14, which is the same price
Get a z97 board instead, you need to do a bios update for this one
