Cooling suggestions for FX 6300?

I'm looking to get a new cpu cooler for my FX 6300. I found out it's running max 70 C with the stock cooler. I'm going to get a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo to keep it cool. I've seen that the stock fan with the 212 is noisy and doesn't cool great. I'm thinking about getting the Corsair SP120 Quiet editions to put on the 212. Are there any better fans that are quieter/perform better? People said that Noctua fans are good.
Also I have a Cooler Master HAF 912 case with all stock fans.

The 212 EVO is a great cooler, and the stock fan is great as well. There really is no reason to replace it, you wont decrease temps or noise.
