Yes i have 2 monitors both set to the same resolution but when i play LoL on my main monitor at 1920x1080 my second monitor goes all wacky and i lose my OBS screen as it goes halfway off the second monitor..my graphics card is a GT 520...any help would be great

Are you configuring LoL to run at your display's native resolution? Your desktop getting offset half a screen sounds like you are playing at something like 1280x720 or something like that and your second display gets shifted by 640px or so.
Another option would be to try Windowed Full-Screen if LoL supports that.
