lost emails from outlook

I lost my laptop on 7/14, including the outlook 2013 and the emails inside. I bought a new pc, new outlook 2013 (from office 365). I re-set the password of emails. But all the emails before 6/24 are gone. I called my host server. They don't know. Very urgent! please help. Thanks a lots.

Some additional information: the new outlook works well, without any error coming out. I went to the webmail from the host, showing even less emails as seen from outlook.
