if i have this system

AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor with a TDP of 95 watts on this motherboard
Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P ATX AM3+ Motherboard with 2 sticks of
UNNAMED RAM 6GB (more information http://s1381.photobucket.com/user/GoldengamerUK/media/Capture_zpsf893a487.png.html)
most i can tell is cas latency is 11, dont know what the voltage is at, ddr3 1600, dual channel, also with G.Skill Value 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory clocked at 1.5V (TOTAL RAM 14GB)
with TWO AMD R9 270X in crossfire
two SSDs, lower GB for os, higher GB for Games and Programs
one 2TB harddrive for recordings and random files.
A corsiar h80i for cooling the cpu, i have a reason for that, the heat produced from the cpu going into a air cooler will just blow round the case decreasing the lifespan of the system, i will place more fans in the system, in the front bringing in cool air, and fans in the back of the case and the top, expelling the hot air out the case.
a corsair 750Watt power supply
Windows 7 professional.
and also a Asus PCE-AC68 802.11a/b/g/n/ac PCI-Express x1 Wi-Fi Adapter because my internet is rubbish even if im like 2 ft away from the router...

or if you feel like cheating THE WALL O' TEXT http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/L4t88d

I would not use that RAM with your old RAM. Probably will cause issues. What programs do you use specifically that you think need more than 8gb RAM. The 8320 will probably be the limiting factor before the RAM is.

The SSD is too small. Get 120gb or drop it.

I would get win 8.1. It is much better, and that low price on that copy of 7 is from a not-reputable company that frequently sells OEM branded (only work on one brand of computer like DEll, HP, etc.) copies.
You are wrong about an air cooler. They are designed to blow air right out the back of the case. The also cool the VRMs which water coolers do not. They are BETTER for parts life, not worse.

You cannot CF on that motherboard. It only runs the second PCI lane at x4.

DO NOT get a Corsair CX, CS, RM 750w PSU. Those are all bad quality.
