You should NOT attempt to change the tubing on that cooler. All-in-one liquid coolers are assembled and sealed at the factory, they don't use barb fittings or anything else meant to allow the hose to be non-destructively removed. You'd be better off getting some sleeving that can be wrapped around it rather than one that requires being slide down length of it. There are some wire sleeves that have velcro running down their length so you don't have to disassemble everything just to sleeve it.
