I have 2 suggestions for a low price gaming pc

1) if you plan on overclocking (at this price - you should)
PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/jNQ6NG
Price breakdown by merchant: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/jNQ6NG/by_merchant/

CPU: AMD A6-7400K 3.5GHz Dual-Core Processor ($89.98 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard: MSI A55M-E33 Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard ($44.98 @ OutletPC)
Memory: Kingston Fury Black Series 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory ($39.99 @ NCIX US)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 320GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($37.74 @ Amazon)
Case: Rosewill R363-M-BK MicroATX Mid Tower Case w/400W Power Supply ($39.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $252.68
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

2) more user friendly but no OC on the cpu side recommended due to mobo not handling an overclocked quad core
still, overclocking can be done on the GPU side

Both systems can play any game on the market as long as you keep the resolution to 720p.
Here is a much weaker version (but same architecture) of the first build playing Crysis 3

Lets just put this clearly.
To run most current and upcoming games, you will need at least 8GB of RAM. 8GB of RAM will cost you about $80.
A power supply will cost you about $50-60 for a quality one.
A reasonable gaming CPU will cost at least $70+.

At this point, we are around your budget.
Lets add more.

A hard drive will cost anywhere above around $40, for a reasonable amount of storage.
A case will cost at least $40.
Motherboard will set you back by about $60+
A DVD drive will cost $10-20

So, as you can see, a new build will cost a lot more than $200. And thats without windows.

That PC you are looking at will struggle to run most games, even older ones like BF3 or Bad Company 2. Yes, its probably worth $200, but thats because it cant really run any current games. That PC would be less powerful than most common office computers.

It can still be done on 4gb of ram but you'll have to lend me a titan or 780ti along with an i7

If you're talking about the A10 I can believe you, but not the A6.

We weren't talking about cpu / gpu just about the RAM. I said all you need is 4GB. I can run 4GB ram on a semrpon+gt610 or an i7+780ti. Of course i won't be able to do ultra on the sempron, but not because of the ram...

This was what i said:

So still think its impossible to play ANY game on ultra on 4GB of ram?

Never said it wouldn't, I thought you claimed the builds you posted would be able to play games on ultra settings.

p.s, the build you posted was 252 dollars. over budget, the OP wants 200 dollar builds, not 252 dollar builds

Considering his choice i think anyone serious about buying a pc will spend 50 more.

Have you seen his budget, does that budget look like the OP can afford to spend more?
