Hello,
I am assisting my brother in law with his new build, and he is having issues with his graphics setup.
MOBO: EVGA Z87 FTW
GPU 1: Sapphire R9 290X
GPU 2: Sapphire R9 290X
CPU: i7-4790k
Everything was installed (Hardware and Drivers), but only the first GPU is being recognized. We have tested each card individually in PCI-e slot 1, and each card works fine.
Any ideas on diagnosing what is wrong or how to fix it? Please let me know. For reference, see the parts list of the build.
