graphics card needed

I appreciate the answer I received about a graphics card. I was given a link for system requiements, however it says a game I've been playing would not work, but it is. I know I need to purchase a new card in order to play some other games, like Crysis 2, what specs should I be looking for? I only have about $100 to spend on a new card

For the same price or 5-10 dollars more he can have an r9 260x which is decently better.

Or a used hd7850 of Amazon would blow all these cards away and can easily be had for 99 dollars or less.

The 250x is a much better card. If you are gaming, get the 250x for sure.
