Is this gaming pc good? Can I run Skyrim max on 60fps?

Solution
Its decent but It won't play Skyrim Maxed Out 60 FPS , even the most expensive GPUs won't do that easily . Its good if thats your first PC gaming experience , you'll be able to play games at 1080p but then the general advice here is to build your own pc , its cheaper and better. In case you wanted a 600$ gaming pc thats a good one

It would handle anything at 1080p after you overclock that processor.

Solution
Very bad PSU.
VERY VERY bad motherboard.
Horribly overkill CPU compared to GPU.

The above option is decent.

However I would not get the CPU he chose. Its a bit underpowered compared to the rest of the system

My suggestion :

This build is better in EVERY way, although I would add a CPU cooler. :)
