3 things I would like to mention and ask you about.
The Z97 board is meant for 2 things mostly, 1 overclocking, 2 SLI/Crossfire dual graphics.
Since you can not overclock that CPU, are you getting it for the dual graphics option?
Second.
Power supply is very much overkill unless, again, you plan on adding another GTX770 later on.
This is my take on the build. I used an r9 290. If you want to stick with an nvidia you can switch it out with a 770 or 780 if you can afford it. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/TWtn99
