Trying to create a $500-$600 gaming rig. recommend me MOBA, RAMS, HDD, Case, GPU and Does the FX-8320 comes with cpu cooler since one of my other AMD cpu came with.

Need to run very high on league. This build is for my cousin.

@Novuake, Does the AMD-8320 includes its own CPU Cooler and if not does the CPU cooler you recommend me have thermal paste? Too lazy to add but oh well.
