So planning to chuck a build together soon.

Decided on a 4770k which i intend to overclock (obviously being a K) and gtx 770 in sli. would i get away with running it on a 1000 watt psu?

1000w is more than enough , its actually overkill. 850W is the recommended .

XFX 850W PSU Should be your way to go or EVGA SuperNova 850W

Never feared about saying whats on my mind before, not about to start now...

On topic - if you already own a decent 1000W psu then yes, the 770sli config will work fine. If you need to buy a PSU go with TopLuca's suggestion as the 850w XFX will be more than enough.
