Yes it can. You have a build above the recommended requirements.
It'll be 60+ FPS on low-medium.
50-60 FPS on high.
50-55 FPS on very high.
40-50 FPS on ultra.
These are good FPS for the game. It'll be lagfree until ultra. Ultra may be a good experience, or may not be. I'd prefer to play on high-very high and get decent 50+ FPS.
