hi guys.I have purchased a card / sapphire hd 7750 oc edition 1gb ddr5 and i have core2duo e7500 2.93 ghz / 4 gb ram ddr2 /will the cpu bottleneck my gpu
if not how fps will i get in games like watch dogs

I think you mean 'will the CPU bottleneck my gfx card'. No, the old dual core should be able to keep up with the HD 7750.

No problem with the English.

But I think Watch Dogs requires a quad core and a 64 bit OS. So that game may not run with a dual core. And your card is right around the minimum specs too.
