I would go with these two parts, I would also get a better PSU for your build as the Corsair CX series aren't very good at all, I would get an EVGA, seasonic or XFX one instead

Better PSU would be good. EVGA isnt that much better with budget PSUs. Get a 550W XFX theyre about $50. This is just a suggestion: I would get an i3 and swap out the 750 Ti for a 760. Thats just me though. But with that CPU and mobo budget I would get this:
