is it something common? anyway when it freezed i had to forced shutdown my laptop by holding the power button. and there's a very hard sound like the fan stuck (trrrrrrrrrr~) inside my laptop but the fan isn't. so is it had something to do with the VGA? or motherboard? anyway my laptop is dell inspiron 15 5000, with amd radeon r7 m265. any suggestion? thanks guys

well i'm at high performance currently, i think it has something to do with the VGA . i mean the advanced settings of power option when the battery is unplugged ( what should the VGA do).
i've changed both when unplugged and plugged in for the VGA to do best performance (not the minimized one), but i wouldn't dare to unplugged it still right now when i'm playing. i'm just afraid to damage the core or something inside my laptop when it sounded like that.. hope that i'm right and the laptop is fine
