Best CPU Mobo

Hi, i have the asus m2npv-vm mobo. I currently have an amd athlon 64 x2 6000+ 3GHz installed. This mobo does however support other cpus. These are here: http://support.asus.com/cpusupport/list.aspx?SLanguage=en&m=m2npv-vm
Which out of these would be the best? Thx in advance.

Phenom 2 X4 945... possibly black edition to unlock oc to 3.5 or something.

Phenom II X4 945... But you could stretch a bit to get a 40$ new 1150 or FM2+ motherboard with a new processor...

If you tell us your available money to spend we can make some nice upgrade kits.
