Do I need to worry about bottlenecking? Also, is it recommended that I use more than stock cooling?
Thanks in advance.

Solution
haswell is ~20% at best clock for clock better than sandy bridge, you should be fine, although getting those expensive gpus and having an unlocked cpu, I don't know why you wouldn't overclock :p but you don't have to. CPUs have kinda stagnated in improvements
