More about motherboard price
  1. An Asus Z97-A or Asrock Extreme4 are good motherboards, the Phanteks Enthoo Pro is a great case for ~$100 but if you want a cheap case the Corsair 200R and 300R are both good. If you will be overclocking you will need a Z series motherboard, if not then don't get an unlocked processor (ends in K).

Is this PC for gaming? If it is, get the i5-4690k and put the money towards a better GPU.

Sabertooth in my opinion, it is made with military specified components, and basically most asus boards use AI suite as the BIOS, but because sabertooth is part of asus' TUF series, they get their own BIOS, called command center
