Need Help, No Stability

I was doing some preliminary tests on my FX 8350. Basic stability tests because i want to get more performance in games like Planetside 2, which favors processors with fewer, but more powerful cores. I originally built this computer to play games like BF3, and the upcoming BF4, which are extremely multithreaded. It handles those games BEAUTIFULLY even on the stock speeds, My only bottleneck in most games is my gpu, (GTX 650 (non-ti)) which will be upgraded soon. But my problem is that even some basic stability tests from software like AMD OverDrive, and AIDA64 show that even at the stock speed and voltage my CPU is unstable?

"Stability test started at 2014-08-10 01:07:47
Calculation Test > Hardware failure detected
Stability test stopped at 2014-08-10 01:14:45"

^^^ That is what AMD OverDrive said after about 8 minutes of their stability test,

So if anyone could help me figure out what is wrong with my CPU (or my system), you will get my eternal gratitude. Thx in advanced,

If it came up with ANY errors, there is a problem with the RAM. RMA it or replace it. If you bought it in a matched set, RMA both modules. If you can't get it replaced, and most manufacturers warrant it for life so as long as you have purchase information etc., it shouldn't be a problem. If not, you need to determine which module has errors by removing all but one module and running the test on that module. Test each module individually until you find the faulty module. Also, prior to doing that, make sure all your memory timings and voltages are set to default in the BIOS so you don't get error messages due to other issues aside from the module itself.
It showed that your CPU was unstable, or that your system was unstable? This could very well be a memory module issue. You should run memtest and maybe even try running those load tests with only one module at a time installed to see if things improve on the results. Also, it might be useful to disable the turbo core features in the BIOS while testing. Sometimes the turbo core can take the system speed to reckless levels on voltage and multiplier. Many systems with turbo core enabled have temp issues beyond what multiplier overclocked systems have at similar speeds. Just a few idea.

Turbo Core is disabled, through the bios and the overdrive software, I made sure of that as i want a fully manual overclock, I will test the memory, in the morning, it is getting really late here, will report back soon.

How many passes did you set it to do? Normally it shouldn't take long to run a single or even a couple of passes. If you've been running it for 4 hours it's probably ok. Also, did you use this one:

http://www.memtest86.com/

or this one:

http://www.memtest.org/

Personally, I prefer the second one but either one should be ok. I think the memtest 86+ has some improvements over the original though.

The first time I ran it, it completed two passes in about 4 hours. And came up with two errors, will post pics when done with the test I'm doing now, with the multi threading enabled, and I am using memtest86 v. 5.01
