Hi

according to Asus lan chip is Realtek® 8211CL-VB, 1 x Gigabit LAN Controller(s)

and is included in chipset driver package

alternative is

http://www.official-drivers.com/installer/?seed=realtek&gclid=CK71lIi3iMACFVIPtAod83YAhw

unfortunately that seems to be a package to scan for realtek chips and download latest drivers
which needs to run on PC
http://support.asus.com/download.aspx?SLanguage=en&m=M4N68T-M%20V2&os=30
If the Asus chipset driver does not work then maybe using a USB wireless dongle would enable you to run the Realtek driver updater
