AI Suite 3 - Maximus VII Hero

Hello there! I just built a PC and installed AI Suite 3, but it wasn't what I thought it would look like. I was hoping for something like this:

Instead mine is red. Is this my mobo or the software?

It's the software. It's been colored to match your motherboard likely.

Not a big deal really, but unless there's a setting to change the color that's what you have. It's not like you'll use it much.

Update:
I have AI Suite II (not III) and there's no setting on mine to change the color scheme.

Sorry if I wasn't clear, but they have so many options and I just have 4.2, 4.4, 4.6 and the checkmarks :/

You need to download the extra features. You might have just downloaded part of AI Suite 3.
