Looking for a monitor

Hey everyone!

I need a new monitor with displayport and that is 1080p. I have a budget of $165. I was looking at the Acer V226HQLAbmdp (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824009518&cm_re=monitor-_-24-009-518-_-Product).
I want something that is good for gaming.

That's a pretty good deal, but why do you want DisplayPort?

This is a better one but $10 more expensive but worth it if you can afford it.

DVI, DVI-D or single link or dual link is best. But display port is still good as with HDMI. But not VGA.

It is, but it won't make a difference unless you're running a 4k monitor.

I like it a lot. I love that it has a matte screen not a glossy. I think I will get that one. Thanks!
