when I save a website, many files are to be selected from!! All I want to do is reopen that saved website. HOW DO I DOSO?

Maybe I'm not explaining it well--I clicked on Save Page as. Computer does that.
When I go back tyo re open that file I am faced with many different types of files, but nothing that will open it . when I click on the file my choice is to expand the file--nothing that will open it.

index.htm, index.html, or index.php are the normal ones.
Why are you trying to save it, instead of save a bookmark? Saving the site means that the site won't update, and dynamic components will act strangely.

If you are using google chrome, just click the star at the end of the URL and it will bookmark it for you, you can name it whatever you like and just type that name into your URL bar next time you want to access it.
