i dont want to hear unnecessary replies so here s what s going on and what i did
i tried changing psu so dont ask about power issues
i tried 2 hd 6870 cards so dont ask if my graphics card is faulty (there is a probability of being both of em faulty)
my hdd is and old crap
my cpu is 1 year old it s an x4 965 be
my temp are great dont ask about temps (i know some 1 will mention it anyway cpu max 55 gpu 70)
cpu always work @3.4 ghz so i dont think it s caused by thermal throttling (oc ing didnt help also)
4 gb ram gskill ripjaws 1600 cl9 tested via memtest for about 7 hours

games i experience lags crysis 1 battlefield 3
i played crysis for a day without aa everything maxed i realised that it s off and i maxed it so that s when i started to have problems
in bf3 i play at ultra for a while without problem and it starts to lag so much.
well after this problem occur lowering the settings dont help much for example i can play whole day in crysis aa off without problem but if i make it 8x aa after a while it starts to lag and then lowering it doesnt help i even tried to lower it to medium aa off and game froze same happen in bf3 so no need to describe again.
and after i close the game my computer keep working very slow for a minute.

HERE IS THE QUESTION WHICH COMPONENT SHOULD I REPLACE ????

i m fed up with this problem i really need help from people who had this problem and sorted out.

edit:i played metro last light at good settings and finished it without problem.

heard some people tell that battefield buffers more and more cache memory in long gaming sessions not sure if this is true but it might be something to look into.

since i dont see you stated this did you try to unistall all graphics card drivers and than reinstall it?

did you also check the temp off your old hdd?

btw dont be a dick by starting your thread with: 'i dont want to hear unnecessary replies'

if items you bought did not work you can always send them back.

but this is the only reasons i can tink of if it happens after a while:

1. cpu/gpu get to hot during long gaming sessions
2. since you have 4gb ram, ram get used up ( did you check your available ram when you start lagging? )
3. your hdd gets to hot during long gaming sessions with result into performance issue

are those temps you mentioned for cpu/gpu after the problem occurred?

well temps are not problem cause they are the same when it occur but i didnt check hdd temp at load.. others the same i used furmark to stress gpu i forced it up to 80 C didnt cause fps drops (furmark has fps counter)
ram usage 3.4 gb i guess but ill test it again
