need help for update my asus motherboard bios

hi

i have asus motherboard Maximus v Formula
i just buy it from guy used, when i put all my my stuff and tried to power on the pc it gave me this msg
( overclocking failed! please enter setup to re-configure your system)
the problem i cant go to the bios
i tied f2 Del but not working !!

so i think i need to update the bios but how?

but the flashing stoped after 1 sec !!

is something wrong?

Open the case up and where the memory slots are you will see two buttons one should say reset.

Keep it pressed in for about ten seconds.
Power up the system.
On the main post screen, press the pause key it should tell you the key to press to enter the bios.
Or it will automatically enter the bios.

The board has retained all the settings for the other guys Cpu and memory config if you put your own into the board.

thank you for your fast replay and i did press it for 10 seconds and powered up the system, i pressed the pause key in mu keyboard but nothing happen same problem
