Cannot switch on Wifi

Hello, im using an Acer V5-431 with Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. i seem to be having this major problem where i can't turn on my wifi. whenever i access launch manager to switch on my wifi, it says on. but when i enter launch manager the next second, it shows off. wifi networks cannot be detected at all. multiple times i have reinstalled the official wifi driver for this model but it gives the same problem.. bluetooth seems to be working fine but not wifi although they share the same driver. anyone please helpppp....

If holding down the Fn key while pressing the F3 key does not turn the wi-fi adapter on.

Click on start, control panel.
Network and internet > In blue click on.
View network and status.

To the left in blue > change adapter settings.
Right click on the wi-fi adapter.

Select enable.
