Hello , i have decided my final build ( and took ALOT of help from these forums ) , and i would like to ask will this PC Build run new games at high/ultra settings ?

-->Case : ZALMAN MS800 Plus Mid Tower Case ( could not find any better , the only alternative is the zalman Z9 Plus )

-->CPU : Intel Core I5-4690 Haswell 3.5GHz ( i think this is the best i can find , other alternatives were i5-4460 & i7-4790 )

-->GPU : Gigabyte GeForce GTX 780 OC 3GB GDDR5 Windforce 3X ( i tried to look at the 780 Ti of the same windforce GPU model , but it's REALLY alot more expensive and i cant afford it )

-->Monitor : Samsung LS24D390HL 23.6 Inch PLS ( 1080p Resolution )

-->Motherboard : Gigabyte GA-Z97X-SLI Socket 1150 Motherboard ( i plan to sly in the future , planning to put another 780 with this one )

-->PSU : SeaSonic M12II Bronze 850W 80 PLUS PSU ( i think 850 w is more than enough and i heard seasonic is a good and trusted brand )

-->RAM : Kingston HyperX Beast 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3 2400MHz CL11 1.65V ( just to future proof this part so i dont need to change it anytime soon )

so what do you guys think , will this be enough for at least 3 years of gaming with no issues ? thanks in advance :)

Agreed, the CPU will last. I recommend the i5-4690K for about $220 if you can swing that.

(FYI, it used to be that we needed more powerful CPU's every year or two. That not only slowed down but may even reverse. DX12 or Mantle allow better use of all existing cores/threads as well as reducing the required CPU cycles to do many tasks. While BF4 may use almost 100% of a 4-core Intel it's not typical and could be coded far better. On average, it's closer to 50% for demanding games which gives a lot of wiggle room. As well, we should see some tasks move over to the GPU side like PhysX does. While HAVOK could be re-written it may not even make sense for people who have a lot of unused CPU cycles who are already using 100% of their GPU...)

Graphics:
I recommend waiting for the GTX880. It's coming soonish and is estimated to cost $500+ and have performance similar to a top-end GTX780Ti.

(In the mean time you could still build the system and use the iGPU or a spare video card.)

DDR3 memory:
Not quite the best choice there. No issue with future proofing with 16GB, however it's 2400MHz CAS11 and the CAS amount reduces the performance quite a bit (lower is better).

I recommend 1866MHz CAS9 in terms of performance/price/quality: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f31866c9d16gxm

CPU cooler:
Strongly recommend the Noctua NH-U12S. Even the CM "EVO" cooler while it has good reviews does get a lot louder. The Noctua costs more but I think it's worth it.

FYI, when you first setup your computer just click "XMP" in the BIOS, save that, and test with MEMTEST. Don't even consider overclocking unless you've been stable for several weeks.

OS: Windows 8.1 64-bit
*Get START8 for $5 as well. Between that and some online tips you can completely avoid the new interface if you wish and boot directly to the normal desktop without logging in.

sorry i meant the PC in general and not the cpu , and thanks for the reply all , so i should modify the RAM with a one of lower CAS ?

the only choices i have for the RAM are those ( other than the already included ram in the build ) :

1 - Adata XPG V2 16GB (2 X 8GB) DDR3-1866 CL10 Dual Channel Kit
2 - Adata XPG V1.0 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3 1600 CL9 Dual Channel Kit

Updated title

Also , about the 800 series from Nvidia , i live in egypt , and when a new thing comes out it will sky rocket in price ( that always happens ) so i think for my current budget i had the choice of either the 290x or GTX 780 , and i then i decided 780 should be good at this specific resolution ( thats what i understood from reading about it )
so i can either get the 780 or the 290x or anything lower than those
