Get an i5-4590 and an asrock h97 pro4. (The i5-4590 is the new 4570.)

I would get an i5 4690(K if you want to OC) and an AsRock Fatal1ty H97 Pro4 mobo.The i5 4690(K) is the best i5 for gaming.
But if you don't want the 4690,the AsRock Fatal1ty H97 Pro4 mobo will do just fine with the 4570.

The i5-4570 is fine to get. Look at the h87 motherboards, or for cheapness look at the toms hardware review for the Pentium overclocked. They used a very cheap motherboard,
