I have AMD C-60 APU with Radeon HD Graphics win7 but I can see the 1920p videos

I can see the 720 or 1020p videos but when I try to see 1920p the videos you can see are freezing or pixeled, my OS win 7, 32 bits, 4gb ram, 1ghz

I presume you mean 1080p (1920x1080). Do you have the gfx driver installed? http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/C60M1I/HelpDesk_Download/
That integrated video...
Supports DVI with max. resolution 1920 x 1200 @ 60 Hz
Supports RGB with max. resolution 1920 x 1200 @ 60 Hz

So you should be able to view 1080p videos. Is it connected to an HDTV or a PC monitor?
