Need help choosing between two builds I made

So, this is the first one:

Which one should I get? They both seem very well balanced and I did a lot of research on both of them.
P.S: I'll be using my computer for gaming

There is no cpu cooler listed in second, So add 18 more in second. So you go for first one it has gtx 760 less power consuming than 280

What if I just replace the 280 with a 270x or a gtx 760?

price difference between 270x and 280 is not much. 280 has 3gb better future proof for high resolution big screens. Go for 280 It also has better cooling than 270x. buy 280 with two fans.
