Better change your PSU. Within your budget, check this build. It excludes HDD,SSD, GPU,Case because you already have them

No sir, I am wanting to change my whole main system such as mobo CPU and ram To sommet a little bit higher as my GPU is bottlenecking my CPU

Oki. Then my recommended build is within your budget. If you want some change please let me know

How about Getting me an i3 cpu? to lower the price :)

Just a note, an i3 will never perform as great as an i5 processor in my opinion.
