I don't think the drivers are installed. Do you have the drivers installation CD/DVD for the card that is not working?

Everything is working correctly and all driver installed. Just the Second PCIe x8_2 slots is interfere If i removed the RocketRAID off the board the message is gone. First I thought RocketRAID controller is conflict then I remove it and install another Graphic card into that slots and and it's give me that error again. So I don't know it's faulty design from ASUS or not. I still wait for their comfirmation about this issue.

Try the RocketRAID card in another slot and see if the problem happens again.

Thanks CompGee for helping. The problem had been solved. it's turn out that I did not insert Video card probably or maybe I did not connect Firecross Bridge correctly. After re-assembly the hardware and now there is no more error.
