Can my motherboard have buzzing capacitors?

I've replaced the GPU and the PSU twice using Amazon's amazing customer service. I'm still having these buzzing sounds that's coming from my tower. Could it be that my motherboard is making these buzzing noises? Currently, I've got a Gigabyte H97M-D3H.

I guess I'll find out myself lol. I've ordered a new motherboard. It's the MSI Z97M Gaming.

So far... I'm at good standing with MSI products. I haven't had any problems with them in the past. But if I get a problem with this motherboard, I'll definitely return this one for Asus Maximus VII Gene.

So what do you think? Motherboard might be causing this very annoying problem, yeah?

If you've already replaced the PSU and GPU, yes, possibly.

Alright... I'll keep you and EasyLover updated. Hopefully these buzzing noises are eliminated with these upgrades I'm about to make.

did swapping the motherboard solve the problem? i may be having the same problem myself as ive changed the psu and graphics card but am still getting a electrical noise coming from the pci-e area of the motherboard :(

Just one question: how is that you can tell that noise is from PCIe area of the board? Here is a suggestion, if you don't mind. Breadboard test your components. Take out the motherboard from PC Case. Put in on cardbox, woodbox or on the board's packing (must be non conductive surface) Then install CPU, RAM and nothing else. Power it on and see if the noise is coming. Report back if you can do that please.
