Better CPU, double the RAM, better GPU, better MoBo.

This is because my build vs your:

i5 4670k vs 4690k

8GB RAM vs 16GB RAM

GTX 760 2B vs R9 280X 2GB

Z87 vs Z97

Also, it has a tier 2 Class A PSU, one of the best.

Storage is same, 120 GB SSD + 1 TB HDD.

My build will be able to play games with better graphics and better FPS.

Also, this build will support the Broadwell due to arrive this fall.

This PC is not less than yours in any dept, actually more in almost all depts.
