Build looks pretty good. A few things though. Personally, at this price range I would go with the AMD FX 8350. It offers great performance at a good price. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/amd-cpu-fd8350frhkbox

Also, you don't need 2133 MHz RAM. Since its on sale and only $5 more than 1600 MHz, you might as well, however since that offer ends on the 13th you should probably order it soon. If you miss the sale, I would save money and get 1600 MHz memory, as that's all you need for gaming.

Everything else looks pretty good to me! Personally, I would go with a cheaper case, however that's just my preference.

One more thing. Do you plan on overclocking or having a Dual GPU in the future?

I do plan on overclocking so I could save money and go for a cheaper GPU, and there is a slim chance I go for dual GPU.

If there is any possibility of overclocking and/or dual GPU, you'll want a heftier PSU. If you were just overclocking I'd say go with 550 or 650W, depending on the overclock(s), but with the dual GPU possibility I'd say go with a 750W.

However, you should know that your motherboard doesn't support Dual Nvidia GPUs. If you want to pursue this option, you'll want a different motherboard. You'll need a different one anyways if you're going with the FX 8350.

About the case, I'd go with the Antec Three Hundred Two. It doesn't have a big window, but its well cooled and fairly noise resistant. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/antec-case-threehundredtwo
