Hey guys, allright so I recently just finished my computer build (a week ago) and I built it for intense 3d modelling, animation, gaming etc. Yesterday I was running my game engine which is pretty intense graphics consumption for hours without problems. Now generally every time I open this program (Cryengine 3) it loads up everything fine and all but then after about 10 mins, the pc shuts off and says it has detected a power surge due to an unstable psu.
My components are..
Intel i7 4790 processor
Asus H81M-Plus motherboard
2x4gig GEIL Ram
Sapphire R9 280x vapor x Graphics card
Corsair VS650 power supply
The cpu has it's stock intel fan, graphics card has the dual fans plus the vapour x cooling, and the case itself has a single front intake fan while I haven't plugged the rear in yet.

All components are brand new except for the graphics card. Can anyone tell me what it is??

I ended up turning off the anti surge feature through the asus bios and ran multiple program's including the ones that cause it to crash for hours, while monitoring the temps and it was all going ferfectly smooth. I think it's just overly sensitive to voltage fluctuation.
