Hi guys, building my first PC in 2 weeks and was looking for some advice on parts.
Before i go into the parts, i want to say this build is a gaming build (Capable of running most games on Highest settings 1080p with high steady FPS between 30-60), but will also be used for general use, not strictly gaming, that is if that makes any difference.

I was looking to overclock the CPU and maybe the GPU at a later date, that is why no additional fans are included, i was planning on just upgrading the fans when i was planning to overclock as right now i would like to make the most out of my budget.

Ok here goes, i have a budget of roughly £800, i need a monitor, plus a mouse and keyboard (I have not yet decided on these)

Worrying about the actual build first, here is what i have so far:

http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/4CFgrH

CPU: I5-4690k, I am looking to overclock this at a later date as i do not want to spend extra on fans at this point.
GPU: Sapphire Raedon R9 280X
RAM:G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
HDD: Seagate baracuda 2TB
PSU:Corsair RM 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

I am having trouble deciding on a MOBO and a case, could anyone make any suggestions for a MOBO and case? USB 3.0 is a must for the front of the case, I would also highly prefer a Sleek Black case.

Also, if anyone has any suggestions about the current components, please say.

As a monitor and a mouse and keyboard is also needed it would be good to have some suggestions, keeping in mind im on a rough £800 budget, i could go slightly higher if needed.

Thanks guys, i have been researching for a few weeks a bit at a time, but today i decided i was going to sit down and pick out my parts, but it is just SO overwhelming with the amount of choice.

Okay first, for the build, everything seems pretty good actually, I would just get an SSD Samsung 840 Evo to fit your OS, games and programs. 256 GB, if you have the money and a lot of games, if not, 120 GB is fine.
If you are planning to overclock your CPU, consider water cooling it.
Mobo: Asus Maximus VI Formula coming in @ ~260 $ / ~160 pounds.
I mean this motherboard is just beast for gaming, try looking some reviews on it.
Case: Corsair Obsidian 650D ATX Mid Tower Case USB 3.0 as requested, I mean almost every case has 3.0s nowadays. The case itself is very clean looking, EXCELLENT for cable management, has a window, fits the R9 280X you have.
Monitor: Acer GN246HL perfect for gaming @ ~240$ / ~145 british pounds
Response : 1ms, very good for gaming,
Refresh rate: 144hz also excellent for gaming.
Big 24" size, full HD 1080p
Now the keyboard and mice. Hmm, can't say anything about since it's personal preference. Just make sure it's a mechanical keyboard, maybe the Corsair K70.
You will have a lot of money to spare since 800 pounds is a lot for a case, mobo, keyboard and mice.
So you might want to upgrade your CPU to an i7 with the money you have left.

Really hope this helped, cheers !
