Asus P8z68 V-pro Pcie x16 and x8 problem

my board pcie x4 (Black) are only working. when i put it in pcie x16 and x8 no display. it happen only today. i use my video card to my friends computer and it works it means there is no problem in my video card.. i test my computer without my video card and i use iGPU and it works.. i put it in the pcie x4(black) and it works.. but it makes me LAG.im just playing Guild Wars 2. the performance is not like in x16 pcie.. can someone help me make my pcie x16 work.. here is my specs..

Asus P8Z68 V-PRO
i7 2600k
12gb memory
corsair TX750 V2 PSU
noctua nh d14
GTX 670
1tb HDD

i already done the reset, jumper,battery, take out the SATA cable.. i clean it maye dust.. and nothing works..
every help will be totally appreciated

I install the chipset again now and the management engine interface but nothings happen.. Still no display in pcie x16 (blue) and x8 (white).. I never touch those slot.. I just insert the vcard.. Specially the white slot.. Do you think its broken.

If the card works on another PC, and not on this one... it sounds like the board is defective.

Is that the problem?? How about the bios setting?? I use default.. But nothing happened.. How could it be defective?? In what reason? I dont touch it.. Specially the white slot.. I use only the blue slot..

It sounds like that is the problem. The black slot is only x4 lanes. You don't want to use that. If it were mine, I'd RMA the board back to the retailer. If too late, I'd get an RMA from the manufacturer and send it in.
