is the i7 4790K enough for 1080p gaming and 1080p youtube video editing, as well as schoolwork, especially coding assignments. Or should I go with a 4930K for £140 more? I am pairing it with an R9 290 and an Asus Z97-WS for future upgrades and expansion and overclocking.

Is this setup enough for my needs or will the 4930K justify its significantly higher price tag as well as going with an older, less feature-rich and less futureproof LGA2011 motherboard for the same price as the Asus motherboard.
