Hi, i already have a good pc built, but i want to upgrade my ram. My current parts are: Asus sabertooth z87 mobo, intel 4770k cpu running at 4.5, 16gb 4x4 corsair vengance memory cards, nvidea evga gtx 780 video cards, samsung 840pro series 256gb ssd, seasonic 750 psu, corsair hydro h70 cooling system, and an Antec case that i don't really remember the name. I would like to upgrade my ram to corsair platinum dominator 32gb. My question is there a 32gb kit 1866 or 1600 that will work well on my current build? One more question: is there a nice looking case that all that will fit inside? I am bored of my Antec(i believe is called Antec 200) thanks in advance.

Thanks for the prompt response. I am curious why you think i don't need to upgrade ram. For the case i am looking for a case that has some sort of transparency so my gtx, fans lights, and platinum light can be seen.

You have 16 gigs 4x4 RAM. What is the need to upgrade them if they are operating at 1600MHz!

What is your budget for PC Case please?

Check these options for Case: -

Don't know about your budget, but if you can afford expensive Corsair dom plats then you may budget for a case as well (may be). check this option in case you have budget:

I'm using 760T white and I've no words to define this beauty. Really, great work by Corsair.

David before you commit to buying more memory why don't you at least run Task Manager and see how much memory you are not using of the 16g you already have?

Actually I suggest pulling 2 of those 4g modules and dropping your memory down to 8g 2 x 4g, and you probably won't even be using half of the 8g.

A large amount of the 16gigs memory you already have is not even being accessed?

Why do you feel you need more?

At least run Task Manager and see what's going on with the system memory you have, before you waste money on new modules.

Your memory use depends on the applications you are running, if you are utilizing close to 3/4ths of the 16g at max usage then by all means go to 32g, but if not?

Run Task Manager and see for yourself.
