Hello i created an account here on behalf of my friend in the hopes that somebody could help.
He recently updated his Nvidia geforce gt 610 and during installation his screen went black he left it for about 10 minutes because he thought it was part of the update but it still didn't come back on so he turned his computer off by holding in the power button only now when he turns it back on his screen is completely black he cannot see or hear anything and even after waiting several minutes still does not come on so any help would be appreciated.
also if it makes any difference he is on windows 8.1 and is unable to boot in safe mode.
