Hey everyone i want a PC that can kick X box one and PS 4 ass my budget range is 700$

I was 8 when i started console gaming and now i am 19 i was going to buy a PS 4 or a X box one but i changed my mind when i saw my friend playing Crisis 3 on his 1000$ budget PC so now i want a nice PC for 700$ i can also spend an extra 50$ plz tell me good components for my PC I do not need monitor,keyboard and mouse
