Upgreating of my PC worth it or?

Hello people :D

im thinking of Upgreating my desktop..

Spec atm:
CPU: AMD FX-8150
PSU: Corsair HX 1050w
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 770 oc
MB: ASUS Sabertooth R2.0
RAM: 16gb Corsair vengence 1600mhz
2x 450ssd
1TB hdd
CPU cooler: Corsair H801 water

new things in mind....

new CPU AMD FX-9590
1 more gtx 770 card
? is it worth the money or should i switch out MB and CPU only ? to i5 devils canyon and some good MB ?

The Passmark score for the 9370 is 9648 and the 9590 is 10260 and i5 4690k is 7729. At Newegg the price of the 9370 is $229 and the 9590 is $270. The 9370 has a little more bang for the buck.

okay thanks :) so what would you take AMD FX 9370 ot the 9590? mainly playing games and making 3d models and edditing videos and stuff...
